The Free Sunnis of Baalbek Brigade said on Friday that it has taken three Hizbullah members as hostage on the outskirts of the eastern city of Baalbek.
The terrorist group claimed on its twitter account that the three hostages are from Hizbullah’s elite force.
One of the three men is an explosives expert, it said.
The Free Sunnis of Baalbek Brigade has claimed responsibility for several deadly attacks against the Lebanese army and Shiite towns, whose residents back Hizbullah.
The group had claimed that it is an affiliate of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant extremist group, but the ISIL has denied that.
