YEREVAN, April 27. /ARKA/. Armenia’s foreign trade turnover in the first quarter of 2019 fell by 5% from the same time span of 2018 to about $1.628.8 billion, the National Statistical Committee (NSC) said.
It said exports decreased by 8.6% to $543 million, and imports fell by 3. 1% to $1.085.8 billion. The foreign trade deficit in the first quarter of 2019 was $542.8 million, up from $522.1 million in the first quarter of 2018.
