YEREVAN, May 15. /ARKA/. Armenian entrepreneurs will soon be able to take part in public procurement tenders held in Russia and Kyrgyzstan, Anna Ohanyan, a press officer for Armenian Ministry of Economic Development and Investments, said in a Facebook post.
She said that from now on, national cryptographic standards for electronic digital signatures can be used in the course of cross-border information cooperation between business entities and state bodies of Armenia, Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
“Thus, the economic entities of Armenia will have the opportunity to take part in state procurements tenders organized in Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The precondition for legal entities’ participation is the availability of electronic stamp. The corresponding bill is in circulation,” said Ohanyan.
