YEREVAN, July 25. /ARKA/. The Armenian government presented Wednesday statistical data, according to which migration from Armenia in the first half of this year has dwindled 32 times, compared with the first half of 2015.
The government posted on its Facebook page that negative migration was 75,464 people in 2015, 66,629 people in 2016, 37,625 people in 2017, 6,110 people in 2018 and 2,334 people in the first half of 2019.
Economy Times reported a day earlier referring to the Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy that the inflow of migrants from Armenia to Russia increased by 12,800 in Jan-Apr 2019 against 4,900 in 2018.
