Armenia’s 12-month inflation in 2019 September was 0.5 percent

YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. According to preliminary statistical data, released by the National Statistical Committee (NSC) of Armenia, consumer prices in September 2019 increased by 0.5% from September 2018.

It said consumer prices in September 2019 when compared to August, grew by 0.2%. In September 2019 the 12-month inflation was 1.6%.

According to NSC, in September 2019 the prices of industrial goods grew by 3.1% from September 2018. At the same time, prices in September 2019 when compared to the previous month of August, grew by 1.4%, while the nine-month rise was 0.5%. The government’s projection of 2019 inflation is 2.7%.
