Home prices in Armenian capital city grow by 10.8%


YEREVAN, February 19. /ARKA/. The average market price of one square meter of housing in multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan increased last year by 10.8% compared to 2018, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported.

It said the highest prices in the reporting period were registered in the capital’s administrative district Kentron – 607,400 thousand drams per square meter, the lowest – in the district of Nubarashen – 177,300 rams.

The average cost per square meter of housing in apartment buildings in the regions increased by 5% from 2018. In the regions, the highest price per square meter of housing was in Tsaghkadzor (281,100 drams), the lowest – in Dastakert, Syunik region (2,000 drams). ($1 – 478.95 dram).
