BEIRUT: The Ministry of Health confirmed the recording of only one new coronavirus case in Lebanon in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of COVID-19 patients to 673.

The Ministry is working on increasing the number of PCR tests administered daily where 704 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

No new death cases were recorded in Lebanon since February 21 which leaves the number of death cases at 21. Meanwhile, the number of recovered cases is 91.

Additionally, the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities Mohammad Fahmi issued a memorandum on Sunday amending the curfew time from 7 PM to 8 PM.

The number of death cases due to COVID-19 has reached 160,000 worldwide with more than 2 million confirmed COVID-19 cases. On the other hand, the number of recovered cases reached almost 600, 000 worldwide.
