Turkey on Monday evacuated civilians and its citizens from Kabul. A Turkish Airlines civilian flight on Monday arrived at Kabul Airport Monday amid the mass panic, leaving with more than 300 passengers.
Ankara on Tuesday said it was in talks with all parties in Afghanistan, including the Taliban, and viewed positively the messages the Islamist militants have sent since taking control of the country.
