YEREVAN, November 6. /ARKA/. The Agreement on Free Trade Zone between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and Singapore, as well as the Agreement on Services, Goods and Investments between Armenia and Singapore will enter into force in 2021, Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Khachatryan said today.
According to the minister, this direction will yield tangible results next year.
“According to the agreement, Singapore has undertaken in principle not to apply customs duties when importing all goods included in the EEU list,” Khachatryan said.
On October 1, 2019, Armenia and Singapore signed an Agreement on Services, Trade and Investment. On the same day, an agreement was signed in Yerevan between the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and Singapore on the creation of a free trade zone.
