YEREVAN, November 20. /ARKA/. Armenia’s National Assembly has elected today members of the Commission on the Prevention of Corruption. The candidates were named by the government, the ruling bloc My Step, the opposition Prosperous Armenia and Bright Armenia factions, as well as the Supreme Judicial Council.
The government’s nominee was Lilit Aleksanyan. Edgar Shatiryan, was nominated by My Step faction. The candidates nominated by the Prosperous Armenia and the Bright Armenia factions were Narek Hambartsumyan and Haykuhi Harutyunyan.
The Supreme Judicial Council’s nominee was Aramais Pashinyan. All the candidates were elected to the Commission in a secret ballot.
