YEREVAN, May 25. /ARKA/. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Araik Haryutnyan congratulated today the school graduates announcing also that from September 1, higher education will be free in Artsakh.
“According to our election promise, from September 1, higher education will become free in Artsakh. However, I reaffirm that at the same time, the state’s requirements for the quality of education will be stringent. Therefore, the desire to study and improve continuously may never leave you,” he wrote in a Facebook post.
The President noted that the coronavirus pandemic this year deprived everyone of the opportunity to festively organize the event.
“I’m sure, however, that disappointment due to this situation will in no way prevent each of you from making the necessary efforts to achieve your goals. Do not forget that any crisis is also an opportunity,” he emphasized.
He said also that after graduation a very important stage begins in the life of school graduates, when the level of knowledge and demonstrated skill are the criteria for assessing quality and effectiveness, Harutyunyan noted that no matter what specialty in life they choose, they should always remember that in their field they must be leaders.
“I congratulate you and your teachers in this connection and wish that all your dreams and aspirations are fulfilled in the name of your personal and collective successes,’ he said.
