YEREVAN, February 8. /ARKA/. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council on Monday, Harutyunyan’s press office reported.
It said the participants discussed a set of issues related to the post-war realities: from ensuring the security of the Republic of Artsakh to the problems of the districts, which are not controlled by the authorities of Artsakh now and their residents.
Secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Hayk Khanumyan, Minister of Urban Development Aram Sargsyan presented the situation in their respective areas.
Based on the reports, the Security Council will hold additional discussions and make proposals to the executive and legislative authorities.
