YEREVAN, March 4. /ARKA/. The Armenian government decided today to release 234 million drams to the administration of Tavush province for the restoration of houses and a public park that were damaged during the shelling of the region by Azerbaijani troops in 2020.
Minister of Territorial Development and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan said 29.7 million drams of that amount will be spent on the construction and improvement of outbuildings of a mansion in the village of Chinari, 42.8 million drams will be spent on the construction of a children’s park in Nerkin Karmirakhbyur community, and 16.6 million drams will be used to complete the reconstruction of 89 damaged residential buildings.
The chairman of the Urban Planning Committee Armen Ghularyan said the reconstruction of the park is to be completed by the end of the year
