Iran foresees nuclear talks with world powers resuming by early November, foreign ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said Monday, without elaborating.
“The government of (President) Ebrahim Raisi has been in power for less than 55 days… I don’t think that the (return to talks) will take as much as 90 days,” he said.
The talks in Vienna have been stalled since June.
