This statement does not address the Nagorno-Karabakh issue whereas the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be addressed. We hope that in the near future we will be able to return to the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh as well”. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in an interview with Qatar’s Al Jazeera TV channel.
“We have set up a demarcation commission between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is very important that this work be continued. We hope that with the assistance of our international partners we will succeed in delimiting our borders,” Pashinyan said.
Nevertheless, the most important issue between Armenia and Azerbaijan in terms of regional peace, is the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, Pashinyan noted. -02D-
