STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan has expressed his support over the fact that Ruben Vardanyan is going to replace him in the position of the State Minister, calling this a great opportunity for Artsakh.
During a press conference today Beglaryan was summing up his activities as State Minister and informed that Ruben Vardanyan will serve as State Minister with different functions, powers and goals.
“I think this is a great, a good opportunity for the Republic of Artsakh, taking into account the experience and capacities of Ruben Vardanyan. From this perspective I am ready to assist as much as I can so that Mr. Vardanyan effectively serves the people and the homeland as State Minister”, Beglaryan said, expressing confidence that Ruben Vardanyan, the next government will continue the ongoing reforms in different areas, including educational, healthcare, social, etc.
The outgoing State Minister also said that he will continue the state service, but added that the status and the functions will be announced soon.
