YEREVAN, January 24. /ARKA/. The Russian edition of Forbes has released its annual 16th rating of the Russian Real Estate Kings.
The ranking includes 30 companies with the highest rental income. The leader of the rating has been unchanged for many years – it is the Kiev Square company of God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev. The company’s rental income in 2019 amounted to $1.6 billion.
Samvel Karapetyan, the Armenia-born founder and president of Tashir group, is almost three times behind with $655 million. The third is the Safmar group of Mikhail and Sait-Salam Gutserievs ($580 million). The list of the top five also included the manager of 44 shopping centers Ingka Centers (formerly IKEA Centers) with $510 million and Gleden Invest of Alexander Klyachin.
There are two newcomers in the ranking – Sindika of Arsen Kanokov ($95 million) and the Slavic World of Vladimir Leshchikov ($85 million). Besides, Eastern Property Holding ($65 million) is on the list again.
