The statement said that during the visit, the conditions of detention, treatment, nutrition, medical care and other rights were investigated. “Several detainees, including Tofig Yagublu, who refused to eat, were kept confidential during the visit,” the statement said. At the reception, he said he took this step, citing his dissatisfaction with the criminal case against Yagublu and the court decision. ”
According to the report, during the reception, which was also attended by a doctor member of the Ombudsman’s National Preventive Group (NPG), he was advised to restore food intake to avoid serious health problems, and the management of the institution and the medical unit to keep his health under medical supervision.
“The results of the visit will be appealed to the relevant government agencies,” the agency said.
