YEREVAN, November 23. /ARKA/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed today the federal law “On ratification of the protocol on amendments to the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on cooperation in the supply of natural gas, petroleum products and rough natural diamonds to the Republic of Armenia dated December 2, 2013”, the official site of the Kremlin says.
The federal law was adopted by the State Duma on November 11, 2020 and approved by the Federation Council on November 18, 2020.
The protocol provides for the supply of oil tar to the Republic of Armenia without collection of export customs duties.
The protocol is subject to ratification in accordance with subparagraph “a” of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Federal Law “On International Treaties of the Russian Federation”.
