President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan chaired am extended sitting of the Security Council.
Issues related to the vital activity of the Republic were discussed. Special reference was made to the problems of the citizens left without shelter and their solutions.
The President gave a number of instructions on the issues discussed.
